How It Works
Our Dynamic Velocity training programs break both the pitching delivery and the swing into five phases. Each of these phases play an important role in power development and when we assess your throwing and/or swing pattern we will score you in each of these phases so you will not only know your overall Power Score, but also where you should focus your training efforts.
